Be a Hero: Host a Workshop
“If I could, I would host a Parenting Safe Children workshop every day until all adults in my community had the information and tools to advocate well for the children in their lives.”
Dear Future Host,
Allow me to thank you in advance.
You see, I’ve trained over 50,000 parents and professionals to help keep children safe from sexual abuse, but in my eyes, it’s the hosts who are the true heroes.
These are the people who make Parenting Safe Children workshops happen in their communities by inviting friends, by urging day care centers and schools to host, by encouraging congregations to become prevention partners, by inviting businesses to sponsor workshops at work, and generally doing anything and everything they can to keep their children and communities safe from child sexual abuse.
If you share my deep, desire to empower your entire community to protect the children in its midst – then I’d like to make a request.
Please, be a hero and host a Parent Parenting Safe Children Workshop.
All workshops are being presented via Zoom so anyone around the globe can attend.
It’s an extremely rewarding experience to know you’re making a significant contribution to keeping your child, home, and community off limits to sexual abuse. Plus, once you reach your minimum enrollment, you receive two free guest passes and a copy of my book: Off Limits: A Parent’s Guide to Keeping Kids Safe From Sexual Abuse.
Are you interested? If so, please make sure you meet the following basic requirements:
- Will host via Zoom
- Be present in the workshop as co-host
- Able to register a minimum of 45 people, with a goal of many more (even up to 100 people)
- Comfortable charging a $65.00 admissions fee per person
- Can assemble a team of four to five people committed to promoting the workshop
- Able to, and comfortable with, hosting a workshop that is open to the public
If you meet these requirements, click the button below to inquire about hosting a workshop! I will call you to learn more about your interest in hosting and your community. Once you’re approved to be a host, I will send you a “Be a Hero and Host” packet which has all of the materials you will need to promote the workshop among your friends, neighbors, and colleagues. If you are interested, please email me or call 303-931-5782.
Warmly,
Feather Berkower, LCSW
